Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North shore, with its promenade and pier and the quiet sand duned West shore.

A 300 metre, dry ski slope and toboggan run was created near the Happy Valley in 1986. 'Ski Llandudno' is not only popular with amateur enthusiastics but is of national importance to the sport, as the Artificial Ski Championships are held here each year.
To reach the top of the Great Orme, you can either make the journey on foot, by tram or by the breathtaking cable car, which offers spetacular views and welcomed refreshments in the cafe situated at the Ormes Summit Complex.
During October 2006, the new shopping centre will be opened, offering retail theropy in familiar retail outlets such as: Debenhams; BHS; Next; Wallis, Monsoon and many more.
There are many cycling tracks and spectacular walks along the shoreline and amongst the undulating hillsides.
Since its spectacular Royal Gala opening, the 1500 seat North Wales Theatre has established itself as one of the UK's leading theatres. A diverse programme of events covers virtually every form of live performance including rock and pop, comedy, opera. orchestral and choral music, ballet, West End shows, childeren's shows and pantomime.
